When the multi-millionaire fashion designer wanted to open an extremely extravagant, posh, fancy and expensive restaurant, Dubai was the best candidate with very little competition. Cavalli Club restaurant is one of Dubai’s fanciest, most exclusive diners. The ceilings are literally covered, I repeat, literally covered, with crystals. I was speechless. Located at outside of the back entrance of the Fairmont Hotel, the restaurant is particularly designed for VIP’s or those who want to be treated like ones. The perfectly trained team of waiters will pamper you and cater for all of your needs. The tall, handsome, Italian chef will bring your pasta to the table himself. Mesmerizing dark walls and crystal-filled ceilings dominate the fancy restaurant. The fine cuisine ranges from sushi to pasta to grilled meat all within the confines of juicy Italian flavors. The appetizer’s menu includes burrata mozzarella with cherry tomato, pan fried duck liver and Tuna tartar with crab meat and lives purée. Also, a section is dedicated to the different kinds of soup that they offer. Needless to say, they have an enormous and varied selection of Italian pastas. Some of the main courses menu consist of vegetarian selections, tenderloin beef, cannon of lamb and grilled Boston lobster. In addition, there is a section for the grills with all its side dishes. Not to mention the desserts of course. I suggest you rush to get a taste of luxury and Italian flavor.
