PF Emirates Designs and Furnishes Reading Room for Al Noor Library at Abu Dhabi Art

PF Emirates Interiors, a joint venture between Abu Dhabis Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala) and the Poltrona Frau Group of Italy, congratulates Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) on the successful launch of Abu Dhabi Art, the Middle Easts premier art event. The exhibition has now become one of the most significant events on the Abu Dhabi cultural calendar, attracting world class art and artists from the UAE, the Gulf region, and the rest of the world.
PF Emirates was also pleased to support this prestigious event by designing and building a special reading room which housed classical Arabic books and literature provided by Al Noor Institute of Middle Eastern Art, bringing Italian flair to a space filled with an incredible array of Islamic and contemporary Arabic art texts and poster art.
Al Noor Institute of Middle Eastern Art is regarded as the largest and most comprehensive resource center for the arts in the Middle East. The library houses a collection of 8,000 books, journals and auction catalogues relating to Islamic and contemporary Middle Eastern art, as well as an image archive holding 17,000 images related to Middle Eastern art and culture.
