Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre receives delegation from Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai
A delegation from the Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai visited the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, recently, as part of the cooperation between the two parties in supporting healthcare services to the centre’s children.
Mariam Othman, Director of Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre received Dr Hayder Al Zubaidy, Director of the Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai and Mr. Mohammed Al Barazenjey, CSH’s Public Relations Manager, at the centre. She delivered a detailed presentation about the children situation in the centre and the privileges and facilities offered to them in a way that reflects Dubai’s commitment to providing all the educational, healthcare and entertaining needs to this social group.
Speaking on the occasion, Mariam Othman, Director of Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, said: “All the official parties in the country pay special attention to children issues. Tremendous efforts have been exerted to offer the social, educational and medical care needed by children who are the nation’s hope in development and progress. In this regard, I would like to pay special tribute to the Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai for the active role they play in supporting the centre. This reflects the corporate social responsibility’s values adopted by the hospital and their significant contribution to building the children in accordance with modern standards, in line with the position of the emirate, development and growth of the entire nation.
Dr Hayder Al Zubaidy, Director of the Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai affirmed the hospital keenness to fulfill its commitment to society and disabled children, in particular, and to provide high quality medical services to all members of the UAE society, based on experience and efficient performance. “We contribute with these modest efforts to Rashid Centre to say that the hearts of the hospital’s officials are open exactly as its doors to cooperation with charity and civil organizations”, he said.
The Canadian Specialist Hospital has recently organized free medical check up campaigns for Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre. The comprehensive medical check up included internal medicine, respiratory, ear, nose, throat and dental check up. In addition the CSH’s medical team followed up different other diseases and provided the necessary treatment. At the end of the medical check up, the specialized medical team presented gifts to the children from the CSH’s management.
