RCA delivers 45 tonnes of dates to Jordan
The UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) delivered 45 tonnes of dates to the Jordanian Red Crescent and other charities for distribution to needy families at Palestinian refugee camps during the holy month of Ramadan.
The donation is upon directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to provide sisterly and friendly countries with dates for Ramadan and is part of efforts to promote relations between the UAE and Jordan, according to officials of the UAE’s embassy in Amman
