Riyadh, July10 2012: CompuGroup Medical announced the successfully completed merger ofthe subsidiaries “Tepe International” and “CGMTurkiye”. This fusion leads the new formed company “CompuGroupMedical (CGM)” to be the most powerful IT healthcare provider in MiddleEast and Turkey.
From now on, CGMfocuses on two strong divisions (HIS, HPSIS) providing user-friendlystate-of-the-art health information solutions and systems for hospitals,healthcare institutions and health payers.
