Madan Lal for YTCA camp

The Young Talents Summer Cricket Camp will be held from July 6-13 at the Skyline University College-Sharjah and India Club-Dubai.

 

The Young Talents Cricket Academy (YTCA) are currently preparing for their UK tour.

Former India all-rounder and UAE coach, Madan Lal will head the coaching panel.

Madan is an Australian Cricket Board qualified coach.

He has great experience not only in India but in the UAE as well were he coached UAE before they qualified for the 1996 cricket world cup.

He runs the Madan Lal Cricket Academy based in New Delhi and has trained more than 300 top cricketers including outside the Indian capital. Lal is respected as one of the world’s leading junior cricket coaches and his knowledge and experience will be a big incentive for all who are at this year’s summer camp.

Chief organiser at YTCA, Shahzad Altaf, said: “We are taking our tour of the UK very seriously as we believe the hard work that these kids put in should be acknowledged. We hope they are able to perform to the best of their abilities.”

He emphasised that these summer camps are not only for those touring the UK but also for those budding cricketers who wish to enhance their skills through foreign coaches.
