United Decoration Company designed a AED 3 Million floating villa

A 350 sq.m floating villa has been designed recently by United Decoration Company in response to the demands of a UAE resident from Abu Dhabi Emirate.

 

"We were approached by a well known organization from Abu Dhabi to take care of the Interior Design of a floating villa, which is a brand new concept for the Gulf Region", said Arch. Aiman Edward, General Manager of United Decoration Co. LLC (UDC).

Incorporated in 1982, under Belhasa Group of Companies, UDC specializes in the design and execution of high quality interior decoration projects. UDC portfolio includes hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, private villas and offices.

 

Aiman Edward added "we have designed innovative architectural plans and elevations and used specific material which suits to the weather and the location of the villa."

 

The modern architecture of this floating home is perfectly offset by its luxurious settings. This stunning house offers a spectacular 360 degree view and a panoramic view of the lake and the city as well. This green house has a natural lighting and ventilation which preserve the environment because of the air and sun light that pass through the house.

 

The project is estimated at AED 3 million including the interior but excluding the cost of the floating platform.
