Ahmed shooting coach
Shaikh Ahmed bin Hasher Al Maktoum will coach the UAE national shooting team that will be participating in the Oympics this year.
An agreement to this end was signed on Saturday between the newly appointed coach Shaikh Ahmed, the UAE’s golden star and Athens Olympics gold medallist, and advisor Mohammad Kamali, secretary general of the Olympic Committee, and Major General Ahmed Al Rayeissi, chairman of the UAE Shooting Federation.
Shaikh Ahmed, who assumes the responsibility as a trainer and supervisor to the UAE national shooting team, heads for Italy today to start his coaching mission.
Shaikh Ahmed extended his thanks and appreciation to Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, for his everlasting support to sports and sportsmen.
